He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Miller and Helen Miller (Daughtery). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Gastineau; his son Aven Miller; his siblings, Lee "Skeeter" Miller of Rensselaer, PJ Halsema (Wayne) of Rensselaer and Larry Miller of Rensselaer; his nephews, Jeff Miller, Jim Miller and Mike Halsema (Tracie); and his niece Autumn Bulington.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer (250 N McKinley Ave, Rensselaer, IN 47978). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Weston Cemetery (800-1034 Bunkum Rd, Rensselaer, IN 47978).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Rensselaer Parks Department, the Rensselaer Soccer Club, or the Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
