It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Edwards of Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dowty and Minnie Dowty (Smith); her husband Charles Edwards; her daughter Nancy; and her grandchildren, Autumn, Dylan and Lyndsay.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Luttrell (Marvin) of Columbia, KY, David Bulington (Joyce) of Bettendorf, IA, Kathy McCall (Jeremy) of Rensselaer, IN, Douglas Bulington of Rensselaer, IN and Charles Edwards of Bradenton, FL.; her grandchildren, Tony, Matt, Joshua, Dustin, Shelby, Christopher, Zachary, Natalee, Seneca and CJ; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Zoe, Ellysin, Jovian and Dio; and her siblings, Chester Smith of Francesville, IN and Ruth Pettet (Forrest) of Bradenton, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Gardens of Rensselaer (250 N McKinley Ave, Rensselaer, IN 47978).
