She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Bowen and Elizabeth Bowen (Fox); and her brothers, Willard and Raymond. She is survived by: her children, Charles Devault Jr. (Melissa) and Sandra Vecchione (David); and her siblings, Marsha Stilner (Darryl), Conrad Bowen (Connie Lou) and Dick Bowen (Monica). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
