He is survived by: his wife Ann Hughes; his children, Rod Oliver Sr. (Mary) of Rensselaer and Kim Chops (Jim) of Rensselaer; his grandchildren, Phylicia Oliver, Jordan Chops (Brittney) of Kaitlin Chops, R. J, Oliver Jr. and Megan Oliver; and his siblings, Loretta Risner of Clearwater, FL, Donnie Oliver (Mabel) of Demotte, Carl Oliver of Demotte and Carol Wireman of Kniman. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
