He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Koebcke and Wilma A. Koebcke (Meyer); and his brother Steve Koebcke. He is survived by: his wife Rita Koebcke; his children, Chad Koebcke of Indianapolis, IN, Lauren Koebcke of Austin, TX and Brett Koebcke (Ashley) of Chicago, IL; his granddaughters, Olivia, Amelia and Daphne; and his siblings, Larry Koebcke (Judy) of Rensselaer, James Koebcke (Dora) of Rensselaer, Doug Koebcke (Shannon) of Rensselaer and Diane Burman (Brian Cornell) of Rensselaer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Alzheimer's Association.
