He is survived by: his former wife Judith Ilene Torbet; his wife Judy (Torbet); his children, Chad Cummings (Toni), Brian Cummings (Raendra) and Sara Kostaroff (Phil); his grandchildren, Chase, Alyssa, Addie Cummings, Clayton, Collin, Cameron Cummings, Ava, Ainsley, Caleb and Lizzy Kostaroff; his siblings, Janet Hurley (Steve), Donn Cummings (Tanya), Carol Gottschalk (Steve) and Anne Judd (Duanne); his parents-in-law, Jeryld and Tina Torbet; and his sister-in-law Jacquie Wiltfang (Garry).
