He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Peifer; his children, Leslie Kaye (Rafael) and Bradley Kaye (Heidi); his grandchild Niamh Adora Kaye of Chicago; and his siblings, Sandra Iaconetti (John) of Scottsdale, AZ, Ruth Richardson (Mark) of Anaheim, CA, William Kaye of Wheatfield and Karen Sidor (Donald) of Valparaiso. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
