He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Warren and Sylvia Warren (Mikotis); and his wife Margaret A. Sivak. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Marquez (Jose) of North Judson, IN and Denise Crook (Jeff) of Highland, IN; his grandchildren, Joe Marquez (Cynthia), Contance Marquez (Travis Harrington), Michael Marquez (Sandra) and Richard Marquez (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Blake, Kinsley, Chase, Colten, Karlie, Madilyn, Analis, Lisana, Yovanni, Jeremiah, Lennon and Aurora; and his siblings, Robert Warren (Carole) and Shirley Kania.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
