She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Howard, Cindy Covault, Polly Pollack (Kent) and Juanita "Susie" Cusick; her grandchildren, Dennie, Samantha, Thomas, Jessica, Katrina, Dana, Cabot and Ayden; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Henry, Eliza, Isaiah, Sahara, Bella, Allistair, Kaitlyn, Allison, Marshall, Jimmy and Jade.
