Phillip left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Nagel and Louis Nagel. He is survived by: his siblings, Louis Nagel, Beth Marcin, Nancy McIntosh, Karen Brunton and Mary Ellen Crosby; his close friend Kristi Slaby; and his children, Kim Boccardi, Eric Nagel and Janell Haldeman. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
