She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Calvin and Lula List (Payne); her husband Harry W. Spurgeon; her son Michael A. Spurgeon; and her siblings, Stella Ramey, Wanda Murray, Nellie List, Dallas List and Henry "Jack" List.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Bailey (Stan) and Kurtis Spurgeon (Terry); her grandchildren, Maren Spurgeon (Gama), Janel Manwaring, Marta Guy (Nathan), Kandace Taylor (Frank), Lindsey Howell (Scott) and Jordan Bailey (Nikki); and her sisters, Patsy Alberts, Calla Gonzalez (Diego) and Kay Smith (Larry). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, several sisters and brothers in law.
