She is survived by: her boyfriend Patrick Bell of Rensselaer, IN; her children, Stephanie Perez, Martin Perez and Lacie Lemay of Crown Point, IN; her mother Mary Lou Monarrez (Juan) of Colorado; and her sisters, Pamela Mayl (Robert) and Laurie Stalbaum (Steve).
