Hammersley (Rensselaer, Indiana), born in Watseka, Illinois, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Roberts and Virginia Roberts (Elson); her husband Vernon F. Hammersley; and her children, Leatha Kleis, Vernon "Butch" Hammersley and Idabelle Pipes.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hammersley (Kathleen) of Weaubleau, MO and Patricia Gerbracht (James) of Dubois, IN.
