She is survived by: her husband Don; her sons, Dain Hayworth (Katie) and Mike Hayworth (Mary); her grandchildren, Ashley Hopp (Joe), Justin Hayworth (Olivia), Megan Hayworth, Molly Hayworth and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Hadley, Emersyn Hopp, Saige and Kasen Hayworth; her brother Kenny Yokus (Aleta); her niece Kelly Markle; and her great-niece Maddie.
