She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Sauger and Mary Sauger (Kapolka); and her husband Dr. Andrew G. Mehall. She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Watkins (Michael) of Highland Ranch, Andrea Watson (Ernest Jr.) of Rensselaer and Col. Leslie Mehall (Major Cindy Beard) of Alexandria, Virginia; her sisters, Patricia Eisenman (Charles) of Michigan and Susan Marriott (Donald) of Michigan; her granddaughters, Jennifer L. Camacho (Joseph) of Goshen and Victoria K. Watson of Toledo, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Jayla Camacho and Jiana Camacho.
Social distancing will be observed and masks must be worn at all services due to the current pandemic.
Memorial contributions in Julia's honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
