She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shepherd and Hermal Shepherd (Conley); her husband Leon Fontaine; and her brother Michael Shepherd. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Countryman (Tyann), Jason Countryman (Nellie), Joshua Countryman (Tina), Jonathan Countryman (Kate) and Chantelle Fontaine; her nephew Joey Shepherd (Kellie); her grandchildren, Kody, Eli, Sage, Jade, Rogan, Zachary, Kaylie, Alexis and Michael; her great grandchildren, Israel, Indie and Athena; and her friend Kim VanHouten.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to George Ade Memorial Health Care Center.
