She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis "Tank" and Cora Florence Risner (Patrick); and her siblings, Danny Risner and Mary Jean Williams. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Kuyrkendall; her children, Jessica Hayes (Robin) of Rensselaer, IN, Greg Kuyrkendall of Rensselaer, IN and Mat Kuyrkendall (Robin) of Brownsburg, IN; her grandchildren, Amber Hayes-Shepherd, Stephen Shepherd, Renee Kirsch (Tim), Bryce and Alexander Kuyrkendall; her great grandchildren, Tatum, Zander, Jorie, Kip and Magnus; and her siblings, Jan Deno of Rensselaer, IN and Brenda Dexter (Richard) of Rensselaer, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital and/or the American Cancer Society.
