He is survived by: his father Fred Miller; his wife Donna Atwood; his children, Mary Ann Fort, Camella Lynn Miller and Johnny Ray Miller Jr.; and his siblings, Earnestine Becker (Bob) and Fred Miller (Betty). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
