As we bid John R. farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For John R. is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lawson and Helen Catherine Daniels (Latz). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Sue Gates and Christopher Allen Daniels; his siblings, Roger Allen Daniels (Mary), Walter Daniels and Karen Sue Galbreath; his sister-in-law Jo Daniels (Charlotte Cooper); and his son John Richard Daniels Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In honoring his memory, contributions to the Jasper County Community Services, 967 E. Leopold Street, Rensselaer, IN 47978 or the First Christian Church of Remington, 8 W Virginia St, Remington, IN 47977, would be deeply appreciated, in lieu of flowers.
