He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mroczek and Ethel Mroczek (Joseph); his in-laws, Clarence and Ruby Redgate; his sister Carolyn Boles; his granddaughter Caylynn Mroczek; his sister-in-law Eileen Cook-Reid; and his niece Christine (Candace).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Barbara of Rensselaer and Michael (Kim) of Monticello; his grandsons, Nathan Mroczek (Deanna) of Rensselaer, Dylan Mroczek of Monticello and Dalton Mroczek (Hannah) of Rensselaer; his great grandchildren, Cameron Grzych of Rensselaer, Morgan Mroczek of Rensselaer and Jonathan Mroczek of Rensselaer; his sister Anna (Bud Eisele); his brothers-in-law, Don Curnutt (Sharon) of Monticello and Bill Boles of Elkhart; and his nieces and nephews, John, Brenda Eisele, Tim, Carmin Eisele, Linda, Steve Jennings, Randy, Cindy Cook, Rick, Viola Cook, Roger and Sue Cook.
