He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Raymond MD and Frances Jeannette Beaver (Chapman). He is survived by: his wife Carole Jean Courtright; his children, Shannon K Engelken (Scott) of Scottsdale, AZ, Erin Rae Adell of Carmel, IN and Eric James Beaver (Clair) of Rensselaer; his grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew and Ava Engelken; his children, Isabella, Mitchell and Madeleine Beaver; his stepgrandchildren, Katherine and Jacob Retek; and his siblings, Janet Rae Beaver MD (Tom Schaub), Steven Russell Beaver MD and Richard Elston Beaver.
