He is survived by: his parents, James Manka Sr. and Janet Alyea; his daughters, Laureal Risner (Travis) of Paragould and Christina Chatman of Alicia, Arkansas.; his siblings, Frank Manka (Tracie) of Rensselaer, Michael Manka, Sr. (Cathy) of Whiting, Indiana. and Ann Beal (Dave) of Gary, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Erika Risner, Luke Risner, Christopher Chatman, Emma Risner, Disney Chatman, Connor Risner, Gracie Chatman, Benton Risner and Isabella Chatman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
