He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Moore of Rensselaer, IN and Wendi Haddock (Watkins) of Williamsport, IN; his wife Jasmine Moore of Rensselaer, IN; his son Charles Jacob Moore; his grandmothers, Marsha Watkins of Williamsport, IN and Myra Moore of Rensselaer, IN; his parents-in-law, Michael and Patricia Fleming (Patty) of Rensselaer, IN; his siblings, Kegan Moore of Williamsport, IN and Damien Moore (Kayla Gentry) of Rensselaer, IN; his stepsiblings, Jason Haddock of Williamsport, IN, Matthew Haddock (Megan) of Portland, OR and Katie Story (Dean) of Lafayette, IN; his brothers, Timothy Fleming of Rensselaer, IN, Jack Ziese of Rensselaer, IN and Jenelle Fleming (Jade Hall) of Rensselaer, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Sophie, Jack, Rowan Moore, Rylie Irvine, Ava Story, Dean Story Jr., Ryker Story, Braden Haddock, Noah Fleming and Carsyn Jesuit.
