We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2020, at the age of 96, Herman Leslie Latta of Rensselaer, Indiana, born in Shelby, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hattie Belle (Strader) and Jess Latta; his son Robert "Bob" Latta; and his siblings, Ernie, Clarence, Glee, Emma, Esther, Edith, Mabelle and Nina.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Sharon" Abshire; his children, Irvin, Mary Latta, Norma Whiteman (Al), Peggy Carlin, Phillip Latta (Patty), Donna Brough (Cary), Randy Sperry (Jennifer) and Susan Hawley (Charles); and his sister Betty Csonka. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
