He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Henrietta Wood (Fay); and his siblings, John Wood, Paul Michael Wood, Martha Swann and Ruth Keys Oberlander.

He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Lane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
