He is survived by: his wife Janet Nesius; his children, Rhonda Van Vleet (Tom) of Kentland, IN, Klayton Kohley (Melanie) of Rensselaer, IN and Lisa Darnaby (Robert) of Rensselaer, IN; his grandchildren, Garrett Welker, Logan Welker (Danielle), Carson Risner and Kole Risner; his great grandchild Weston; his brother Charles Kohley (Patricia) of Rensselaer, IN; and his sister-in-law Pat Kohley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Augustine Catholic School.
