He is survived by: his significant other Virginia "Jenny" Wilborn Schultz; his son Derek Schultz (Alanda) of Calhoun, TN; his stepson Bill Menigoz of Ft. Myers, FL; his sisters, Jean Lawrence of Cedar Lake, IN, Darlene Schultz of Momence, IL and Ermal Kennedy of Benton, KY; his brothers-in-law, Delbert Wilborn (Sandy) of Streator, IL and Darrell Wilborn of Streator, IL; his grandchildren, Dessa Pyrlik, David Pyrlik, Hayden Schultz, Lance Menigoz, Nicole Farley (Devin), Ashley Menigoz and Michael Menigoz; and his great grandchild Annabella Farley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
