He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Clemans and Ethel May Clemans (Watson); his children, Ricky, Charlie Clemans and Annie Parks; his stepson Challie Bailey; and his great grandchild Johnathan Hasty.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel M.; his children, Gary G. Clemans of Rensselaer and Tammy Schultz of Brook; his sister Delores Clemans of Monon; and his stepchildren, Shirley Howard (David), Clinton Bailey and Charlotte Wilson (Daniel). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews.
