He is survived by: his former wife Geraldine Chapman; his wife Geraldine "Geri" Clouse; his sons, Jeff Clouse (Donna) and Gary Clouse (Laura); his grandchildren, Craig Clouse (Sara), Aimee Brooks (Gunner Greene), Joshua Clouse (Liz) and Jillian Simmons (Dwayne); and his great grandchildren, Kyle Clouse, Carson Clouse, Becca Brooks, Baylee Brooks, Beau Brooks, Dillan Simmons, Addysan Simmons and Cale Clouse.
