It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth A Gratner of Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sands and Laura Sands (Asher); her husband George E. Gratner; her son Kenneth D. Gratner; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Przybylski, Gerald Sands, Mary Jane Sands and Maude Zbrowski.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Gratner of Rensselaer, IN; her brother Paul Sands (Nancy) of Syracuse; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Sands (Gerald) of Peatone, IL, Mary Standish, Carole Spurgeon (David) of Trafalger, Ind., Wayne Gratner (Sandy) and Robert Gratner (Peggy) of Rensselaer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Social distancing will be observed and masks must be worn at all services due to the current pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty's honor may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church.
