He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hornbeck and Wilma Hornbeck (Swartz). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hornbeck; his children, Beth Dunlap (Brad) of Rensselaer, IN, Jason Hornbeck (Terra) of Georgia, Nathan Hornbeck (Angela) of Rensselaer, IN, Ryan Hornbeck of Rensselaer, IN and Ashlee Hornbeck of Rensselaer, IN; and his siblings, Greg Walden of Monticello, IN, Donya Jordan (Delmar) of Rensselaer, IN and David Hornbeck (Cheryl) of Rensselaer, IN.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
