She is survived by: her mother Carol Bulington (Wright); her husband Tim Smith; her children, Dustin Smith of Culver, IN, Matthew Smith (Sarah) of Rochester, NY, Jeremy Smith (Maggie) of Naperville, IN, Aaron Smith (Lauren) of Indianapolis, IN, Hannah (Nathan) and Michael Smith of Rensselaer, IN; her grandchildren, Clara and Jameson; and her siblings, Jeff Bulington (Robin) of Rensselaer, IN and Debbie Purevich (Mark).
