He is survived by: his mother Diana Allen (Stanton); his daughter Dakota Rae Allen; his stepchildren, Kristen, Katie and Mark Schultz; his granddaughter Kylie Schultz; and his siblings, Jeff Allen, Carla Luzadder (Ed) and Christina Allen.
