It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Bolen of Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schmitt and Bertha Schmitt (Diede). She is survived by: her children, Neale'Scotty' Bolen (Stacie), Keith'Bobo' Bolen (Nancy), Lisa Beck (Bob) and Charli Kors (Jef); her siblings, Melvin Schmitt and Donnie Schmitt; and her friends, Buddy, Bo Diddley and Jax. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and her special dog.
