She was predeceased by: her father John Dirkmaat; and her siblings, Clara Joan Dirkmaat, Diane Mary Dirkmaat and William John Dirkmaat. She is survived by: her mother Clara Dirkmaat (Vaartjes); her husband Randy D. Lewis; her daughter Barbara Barten (Adam) of Rensselaer; her granddaughter Ava Barten; and her sister Irene Brechting (Duane) of Grand Rapids, MI. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in honor of Alice may be made to the Jasper County Prairie Arts Council.
