He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Hall. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Hall; his stepchildren, Brayden, Alex and Meghan; his parents, Rick Hall and Lori Mattos (Troy); his sister Amber Rayburn (Jesse); his grandparents, Bob Hall, Ed and Daneeta Prohosky; his uncles, Rob Hall (Shelly) and Ryan Hall (Erica); his aunt Beth Hunter (Mike); his nephews, Sawyer and Asher; and his cousins, Lacey, Ethan, Justin, Ashley, Summer, Kaia, Tatum and Emory.
Memorials can be made to the family or to the charity of the donor's choice.
