He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Jeffry T. Buschman and Susan Haskins; his grandchildren, Erika Haskins, AJ Haskins, Matthew Buschman and Jonathan Buschman; and his great grandchild Clive Buschman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tom's name to the Remington United Methodist Church or Tri-County Student Relief Fund.
