He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace F. Bulington and Sarah M. Bulington (Smith); and his brothers, Fred, Tom, Jack, Dick and John Bulington.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Beth; his grandchildren, Josh, Jon Chastain, Justin Chastain, Halison Johnson, Lelan Hollingsworth and Masen Hollingsworth; his great grandchildren, Olivia Chastain and Anastasia Chastain; and his siblings, Dean Bulington of Delphi and Betty Day of Tennessee.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rick's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
