Phyllis Byroad Obituary
We bid farewell to Phyllis Byroad of Remington, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 4, 2025 at the age of 90. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Medley and Henrietta Medley (Budde); her significant other Ed Byroad; and her sister-in-law Alice Medley. She is survived by: her daughter Sue Robinson (Ron); her grandchildren, Ryan Robinson (Melissa) of Elbert and CJ Robinson (Elaina) of Seattle, Washington; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Cole Robinson of Elbert, Molly and Madeline Robinson of Seattle; and her brothers, Bill Medley and Bob Medley (Libby). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stitz-Clapper Funeral Home (9 W North St, Remington, IN 47977). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Remington Cemetery (9 W North St, Remington, IN 47977).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Phyllis to the Remington Public Library or Fountain Park Chautauqua.
