She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Alvora Ballard; and her siblings, Sheila Waibel, Jerry Ballard and Darle Hafstrom. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ulyat; her son Brad Ulyat (Carla) of Remington; her siblings, Terry Hafstrom of Kentland and Debbie Hope of California; her grandchildren, Bret Ulyat (Leslie) of Remington and Morgan Ulyat of Chicago, IL; and her great grandchild Blakely Ulyat.
