It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Irvin Lehman of Remington, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Lehman and Dorothy Lehman (Wagler); and his sister Donna Snyder (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Verna Mae Nuest; his children, Suzanne Hoerr (Max) of Congerville, IL, Greg Lehman (Mary Beth) of Remington, IN and Rob Lehman (Beckie) of Remington, IN; and his siblings, Wanda Johnson (Butch) of Goodland, IN, Dianne Hopkins (late Kenny) of Kentland, IN and Chuck Lehman (Pat) of Westfield, IN.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
