It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy May of Remington, Indiana, born in Goodland, Indiana, who passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chapman G. Dalton and Minnie Dalton (Allen); and her siblings, Virgil Dalton, Curtis Dalton, James Dalton, William Dalton, David Dalton, Marjorie Hanna, Alice Medley and Nancy Coogan.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Alberts, Gregory John May of Remington, IN, Mary Ellen Mathew and Julie Lear of Remington; and her children-in-law, Rick Lear and Linda May. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dorothy's name to the Remington Food Pantry.
