He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Moore (Aker). He is survived by: his father Larry Moore (Lorine Hall) of Redkey; his children, Russell Moore of Richmond and Alexis Moore of Richmond; and his siblings, Keith Moore (Suzy) of Ridgeville and Rhonda Short of Redkey.
