He is survived by: his parent Thomas Fraga; his son Jack L. Fraga Jr.; his sisters, Nora Brown (Joe) of West Milton, OH. and Lila Bowden of Longview, TX.; and his nieces and nephews, Vera Lynn Pratt of Shady Springs, WV., Kim Hicks Graham of Tyler, TX., Rebecca Dillon of Selma, IN., Tina Reigle (David) of Yorktown, IN., Wanda Jean Harmon Riser (Tom) of Hopewell, VA., Lelita Stamper of Yorktown, IN., Thomas Patrick Fraga (Theta) of Hamilton, OH., Daniel Fraga (Electa) of Windsor, IN. and John Michael Zelek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
