She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Meyers and Dorris Meyers (Cook); her husband David A. Futrell; her brother-in-law Victor Heil; and her sisters, Marilyn Vandiver (Danny) and Pam Vandiver (Billy, Sr.).
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Thien (Michael) of Marion and Tiffany Futrell (David) of Redkey; her stepchildren, Tina Hicks of Marion and Mark Futrell of New Castle; her sister Brenda Heil of Marion; and her friend Kirk Sanders of Marion. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
