She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bullard, Sr. and Inas Bullard (Williams); and her siblings, Elmer Bullard, Jr., Dewayne Bullard, Billy Bullard, Larry Bullard and Sue Philebaum.
She is survived by: her spouse Don McCowan; her siblings, Danny Bullard, Portland Bullard, Donnie Bullard and Diann Coby; her grandchildren, Will DeBoer, Caroline DeBoer and West Lafayette; and also, Melody DeBoer, West Lafayette, Sherrie D. McCowan, Muncie and Redkey.
