The memory of Francis Imogene Berkenmeyer of Ramsey, Indiana, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Stanley and Marietta Mousty (Pavey); her husband Joseph G. Berkenmeyer; her children, Diane J. Brown and Danny P. Berkenmeyer; her grandson Matthew J. Austin; and her siblings, Thelma Irene Mousty, Melvin Mousty, Wilma McDonald, Maurice Mousty, Josephine Gresham and Everett L. Mousty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo Austin (Jesse) of Ramsey and Arlene S. Harlan (Walter Meek) of Ramsey, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jerry Wayne Brown Jr., Felicia S. Camm, Christopher A. Brown, Miranda L. McKinney and Adam C. Austin; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Jeremiah, Cassandra, Sadie, Darius, Dashaun, Ariel and Garrett. She is also survived by 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (306 Spring St, Milltown, IN 47145). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
