He is survived by: his wife Kay D. Wolfe Fessel; his son Steve D. Fessel (Jeri); his brother Charles Edward Fessel (Deborah) of Paoli, IN.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Fessel, Jodie A. Tatlock (Rickie), Ashley Nolot (Matt), Arica Johnson (Tim), Maria Fessel and John David Fessel; and his great grandchildren, Addison Smith, Ava Cox, Millie Sullivan, Aria, Isla Nolot, Annora, Beau Johnson and Trey Tatlock.
