He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Pierce and Floella Pierce (Watson); his brother Earl W. Pierce; and his son Danny Shane. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Shane (Sue) of Coal City, IN, Corrine Williams (Gary) of Quincy, IN and Hallie Lyles of Brownsburg, IN; and his sister Janetta Brunner of Evansville. He is also survived by thirteen Grandchildren, twenty-three Great Grandchildren and four Great-Great Grandchildren.
