It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Louise Williams of Quincy, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Everett Freeman; her great grandchild Stevie Lee Carpenter Jr.; and her siblings, Albert Freeman, Lee Freeman, Gib Freeman, Floy Black and Bertha Walt.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Dean Williams; her children, Jeffrey Lee Williams (Beth), Gary Wayne Williams (Corrine), Pamela Sue Cummings (John), Dean Williams (Heather) and Cynthia Renee Reinking (Donny); and her brother Junior Freeman. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many step grandchildren.
